LEGAL NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION EU/2016/679
Following the coming into force of EU Regulation EU/2016/679 (hereinafter referred to simply as the GDPR), IR4I Cluster Tecnologico Aerospaziale dell'Emilia Romagna S.c.ar.l. (hereinafter referred to simply as IR4I), will process the personal data you provide, or that shall be acquired by IR4I in the performance of our contract with you, in accordance with that which is set forth in the aforesaid regulations and in accordance with the principles of propriety, legality and transparency and the protection of your confidentiality and your rights.

The data you have provided will be used exclusively for the purposes set out by IR4I for scientific, informational disclosure and for the purposes consequent to compliance with the provisions in force.
Our company may for the aforesaid purposes divulge your personal data to the following third parties that are authorised by the Data controller, including, as the case may be, as person defined as responsible for the processing of the data:
- professionals or companies providing administrative, accounting and tax services, that carry out these activities on our behalf as person responsible for the use of the data;
- banks, transport and shipping companies, that carry out activities that are necessary for the provision of services on our behalf as persons responsible for the use of the data;
- financial administration (Inland Revenue);
- attorneys at law and legal or tax consultants.
The data are held and processed at our head office in paper form and/or digitally, with suitable protection measures in place.
We further inform you that you may at any time exercise, as against the data controller, the rights assured by article 13.2b of the GDPR, that is to say to access the data, to correction them, cancel them, limit and oppose the use of the data, revoke your authorisation for the processing of the data, while we must specify that this could result in the impossibility of execution of the contract that exists between us.
We remind you that as interested party you have the right to make any complaint to the supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data – www.garanteprivacy.it)

No personal data of users is acquired by the website in this regard.
We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are used c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.
